2. Non-Returnable Situations

For hygiene, operational, and fraud-prevention reasons, returns may be refused in the following situations:

  • Products returned in used or damaged condition

  • Products without original tags or packaging

  • Items showing signs of excessive wear

  • Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes or variations with the intention of partially returning products

  • Products returned outside the allowed return period


3. Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This includes:

  • International shipping fees

  • Customs duties or import charges

  • Carrier service fees

  • Any additional return handling costs

As we work with international fulfillment partners and suppliers, returned products may need to be shipped to our designated international return facility.

We strongly recommend using a shipping service that includes:

  • Track & Trace

  • Insurance

  • Delivery confirmation

We are not responsible for lost return shipments without valid tracking information.


4. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1 — Request a Return

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipment.

If approved:

8. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast fulfillment. Therefore:

  • Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase.

  • Once processing or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
